Century City is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Century City follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve been a regular customer here and genuinely love Läderach chocolates, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I came in around 4:27 PM to pick out a box of chocolates to take to a movie. While I was actively selecting and purchasing, I asked to try one sample. Later, when I asked about trying one more flavor, another black employee came over and told me “this is the last piece I’m giving you.” Meanwhile, the same staff were freely handing out samples to a family with three or four kids who weren’t buying anything. That customer even said he felt embarrassed taking so many, and the employee told him it was fine. So unlimited free samples for people not purchasing, but a paying customer gets cut off at two and spoken to rudely. When I told the employee there was no need to treat me this way since I was buying, there was no apology, nothing. Two older ladies who had just walked in saw the whole thing and spoke up for me. Still no apology. I was a young Asian woman shopping alone, and I honestly left wondering if that’s why I was treated so differently. I hope management looks into how staff decide who deserves basic courtesy. The chocolate is great; the way I was

Some of the best chocolate I have ever tried that you cannot stop thinking about for days! The flavors are incredible and truly do taste fresh and bold. As other reviews mention, the store is generous with samples. One of the workers, Diana, was so patient with me and answered all my questions as I tried to make my decision to purchase gifts and chocolates for myself. It's very expensive from my perspective, but very worth it.

Chocolate lover's dream! Highest quality artisan chocolate. Frisch Schoggi is a must...i love that there are so many options and flavors from white to milk to dark and so many different inclusions like fruits, nuts and even cornflakes, one of my favorites! They use piedmont hazelnuts and the best california almonds in their chocolates, so it's obvious they put a lot of care into using only the finest ingredients. Service is great overall but it really depends on who is working. They have really enthusiastic, welcoming sales associates that are really knowledgable about chocolate but there are one or two employees that seem like they don't want to be there...they don't acknowledge you when you walk in, and don't look up from behind the chocolate counter to take your order. Such a shame because the great employees are the best ever and enhance the whole laderach experience.

I have been A HUGE FAN and consistently repeating customer of Laderach even since I moved to US. Knew them first time in Swiss, then figured they had stores in London when I used to live there and it's been my almost every weekend grab and go. First moving to LA and knowing it's available here couldn't get me more excited but it's always challenging as all outlets were kinda far, at least being like 15 miles away. Hence when I saw that 'COMING SOON' poster at Westfield Century City, I was beyond thrilled they finally made it to the west!! As per the common Laderach store, the Century City one was indifferent, with gorgeous frishschoggi (fresh chocolate) slabs displayed at the front side, inviting people to pay a visit. The store always gave this elegant and classy vibe, perfectly represented their products. It's also their signature treat that visitors were able to try anything prior to purchase. It's very frequent that there's an attendant went around the store handing free samples to try as well. I tried tons of their chocolate slabs, from classic milk/dark with almond or hazelnut or macadamia, milk salted caramel, strawberry yogurt; till some more signature or seasonal ones l

There is not a time I felt I wanted to write a review so much. This small chocolate store’s chocolate really amazed me. I ordered every flavor, and surprisingly I loved all. It is the best chocolate I’ve ever tried. There was a time that Dubai Pistachio chocolate became a trend. But the taste is better here. It reminded me of the joy that I had chocolate when I was a little kid. Full of surprises on every different bite. I especially loved the white truffles. Soooo yummy, and with layers. Not just one, but mixed.
